John Taylor

John Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer at Postman Law where he utilizes a customer-centric approach to ensure an exceptional client experience that exceeds expectations.

At Postman Law, John is responsible for guiding clients through the legal process, ensuring they are kept informed of any developments in their cases. He brings a wealth of experience to the team as he is well known for his accomplishments in the tech industry, seasoned leadership skills and proficiency in lean operations. With John at the helm of Operations, Postman Law’s clients can be assured of receiving the highest level of service and support.

Prior, he served as a Vice President at Paylocity, a leading HR software company, where he held several key roles, including responsibility for Ongoing Service, Customer Implementation, and Operational tools. During his tenure at Paylocity, John played a crucial role in driving the company’s growth from $100 million to over $1 billion in annual recurring revenue. Before Paylocity, he spent several years at Paychex, Inc. where in his last role as Director of Small Business Services, Eastern USA Region, he was responsible for over 70,000 client experiences in addition to his other duties.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from SUNY Oneonta.
