Yesterday, Postman Law proudly served as the Title Sponsor of the 8th Annual Project Sanctuary Veterans Day Radiothon on Denver’s 99.5 The Mountain. From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., host Dan Hardee broadcasted twelve hours of heartfelt stories of courage, healing, and hope, highlighting veterans, military spouses, and military families whose lives have been transformed through Project Sanctuary’s therapeutic retreats and family support programs.
Now in its eighth year, the Veterans Day Radiothon is a beloved Colorado tradition that raises critical funding and awareness for Project Sanctuary, a national nonprofit dedicated to helping military families heal, reconnect, and thrive after service. The organization’s philosophy is simple but powerful: When one person serves, the whole family serves. Through licensed counselors, social workers, and recreation therapists, Project Sanctuary helps families rebuild trust, improve communication, and create healthy routines that strengthen resilience across generations.
More Than a Donation
At Postman Law, we fight for people every day. When someone is hurt in an accident, we make sure they have someone in their corner. Yesterday, that same fight was for military families, helping veterans find healing, giving children their parents back, supporting couples working to stay together, and helping our heroes find hope for another day.
Our Postman Law Denver team was proud to volunteer on-site throughout the day, helping answer phones and connecting with veterans and supporters across Colorado. As part of our sponsorship, we also presented the Project Sanctuary team with a $5,000 check to officially kick off the Radiothon.
Together with Audacy, 99.5 The Mountain, Project Sanctuary, and countless community members, volunteers, and listeners, we surpassed our goal and raised nearly $70,000 to support military families across the country. Every donation, phone call, and share made a difference. We are deeply grateful to everyone who took part in this year’s event and helped make it a success.
Why Postman Law Sponsored Project Sanctuary
Postman Law is proud to stand with veterans and their families by supporting Project Sanctuary’s mission to help military families heal, reconnect, and thrive. As a law firm built on service, justice, and community, we believe in giving back to those who have given so much for our country.
Becoming the Radiothon’s Title Sponsor reflects our long-term commitment to mental health, family stability, and community resilience for veterans and service members. Supporting veterans’ mental health programs and family reintegration resources is one way we can honor the men and women who protect our freedom.
“Every military family has its own story of resilience and sacrifice. Project Sanctuary meets them where they are and helps them find their way forward. Supporting this mission is deeply personal to us, and we could not be prouder to help amplify their work.”
Healing, Hope, and Honor
The Radiothon was more than a broadcast; it was a movement. Every story shared, every donation made, and every listener who tuned in represented a community coming together to support veterans, service members, and military families across Colorado and beyond.
We are deeply grateful to 99.5 The Mountain, Dan Hardee, and the entire Project Sanctuary team for their leadership, compassion, and tireless commitment to this cause. Together, we honored veterans not just with words but with meaningful action that will change lives.
