All such messages are transactional and relate to your legal matter. Message frequency varies based on the activity of your matter.
Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge a fee for sending these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages from Us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Our SMS or RCS number. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again by replying START or by submitting a new consent through the Site. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, retention of legal services, or continued use of the Site, and you may decline or withdraw consent without affecting Our willingness to evaluate or represent your matter through other communication channels.

If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided to Us, you are encouraged to notify Us promptly so that We may update Our records. You will not be held liable to Us for any messages delivered to a reassigned number as a result of your failure to notify Us of a change in your mobile number.
