Maureen Estolano

Maureen Estolano is the Personal Injury Operations Manager at Postman Law, where she applies over 12 years of client services and operations leadership experience to support the firm’s personal injury practice. Known for driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and developing high-performing teams, Maureen brings a people-first approach to every aspect of her work.

Before joining Postman Law, Maureen held progressive leadership roles in the Human Capital Management industry, most recently serving as Lead Project/Program Manager at ADP and Client Services Manager at Paylocity — where she oversaw a portfolio generating $12.3M in annual revenue and developed multiple team members into promoted roles.

Maureen earned her undergraduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, a foundation that informs her strategic, people-centered approach to operations and client experience.
